About Me
Well then, a little about me. Right now I’m working for Electronic Arts Tiburon in Sunny Orlando Florida as an animator. Last year I worked on Madden 06 (“next gen” for HD platforms), I recently completed the highly anticipated Superman game, and am currently working on NFL Street.
As far as I can remember I've always imagined my waking dreams coming to life. I spent a lot of time dreaming and drawing. My early inspirations were my favorite comic book hero’s and villains. What a thrill it was to see them come to life big screen. It has been one of the coolest things in my professional career thus far to work on Superman Returns the Video game.
Growing up on the mean streets of Brooklyn, my talent always had an outlet but not always a clear direction. I would do things like band posters and tag up rivals with my brand of graffiti in my neighborhood. My career seemed to be heading toward fine art, illustration or graphic novels. To me they were all missing something. When Toy Story came on the scene everything changed. For me everything changed, I said “ That’s what I want to do.”
Shortly after my service was up with the Marine Crops I enrolled at the School of Visual Arts in Manhattan, and was finally introduced to the magic behind the FX and animated films I was watching for years. I remember when I first sat behind a SGI and opened up what seemed to be technology form another world I was instantly hooked. I spent hours learning everything I could, completely enthralled. To me this was it the perfect blend of art a technology like nothing before it. Since then I've been bringing my dreams to reality.
